About Me

I lead with my heart but I am no longer afraid to face life’s biggest challenges head on. I am an avid ultra-marathon runner and long time Peloton user, I love being outdoors, I love working hard and recovering that way as well!

But like everyone else it took a life altering moment to reveal the inner power, freedom to choose, and confidence I knew I had.

Years ago, I felt extremely trapped by my job and my lack of courage to pursue something else. I felt like there was no way out. I felt like I was doomed to live the rest of my life this way.

I also suffered the loss of one of my closest friends and his wife.

The circumstances of that event left me sad, confused and even angry.

Both of these situations left me two options, to continue to stay stuck in the feelings that were making my heart heavy or do the things I needed to do to heal and become more empowered, for myself and others.

These situations lead me on the road to healing myself, in and turn helping others make changes and heal as well.

Today I am a coach, strategist and healer - I am so happy to be here and I can't wait to meet you!
