About Me

We all have unique experiences that have shaped who we are. I believe the lessons I have learned from being a successful business consultant for over 20 years, a 10-time marathoner, a tennis player/coach, a musician/teacher, tango dancer and artist, provide me with a broad spectrum life and the various personalities in it.

I have recovered from a near-death experience after being paralyzed almost a year with my left arm, not knowing if I would ever be a musician or do anything I used to love.

I have learned to be healthy in body, mind and spirit and have counseled my friends and family for many years prior to my becoming a professional Life Coach.

I have also achieved a personal goal of retiring at the age of 55, owning properties in Canada and Cancun to travel the world while pursuing my coaching business.
