Through Vital Ability, I assist my clients in successfully moving through their life transitions.

This is accomplished through developing/exploring strategies; developing self-advocacy skills, self-care skills, creating action steps & supporting them in their efforts to move from survivor to thriver.

My company works with a diverse array of clientele from all walks of life around the world, through virtual connections.

I have been trained as a Certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach™ through Goal ImageryⓇ Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery™. My training incorporated holistic coaching techniques, traditional coaching methods, Brain Based coaching, Ontological coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching, and Positive Psychology coaching, I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and embrace high ethical standards. I am also aiming for PCC certification.
