Before I started working with Cari, I was a disorganized, anxiety filled mess. I was ready to give up on myself. I felt like a failure and didn’t want to be a mom. It sounds awful but I didn’t want to be around my kids. I felt like the household chores never end… the laundry, the kitchen, meals, snacks, cleanup, toys every where, diapers, throw up, and the constant whining and crying. My husband was not helpful because he worked 60 hours a week and my tweens were acting OUT BECAUSE Of my stress level. Coach Cari helped me to work smarter not harder, delegate, decide what to let go and what was a priority. She helped me find myself again and commit to self-care. I feel so much better!
