About Me

The most surprising thing I've learned through my own healing journey and in working with clients is that when you uncover your true self in all its parts and you begin to understand your own subconscious patterns and motivations, problems start to sort themselves out automatically.

Often we get stuck because we have lost who we are and sacrificed who we were born to be somewhere along the line. Part of us wants to change but part of us seems frozen. Other parts may appear to be actively against us.

My unique approach combines archetype psychology with principles of Internal Family Systems along with a dash of mindfulness, astrology and neuroscience. I help you to discover the main archetypes that make up your personality, recognizing which parts have become overly dominant and which have been shunned. Your inner conflicts and subconscious patterns become clear to you and you realize that all parts at all times are doing their best to help. There is no inner enemy to fight.

​I particularly enjoy working with women who tend to be people-pleasers and over-givers. Through recognizing the archetypal patterns that have led to these behaviours, you can begin to shift them. You can then lower stress, be your own friend and regain your energy.

I am a logical mystic, equally comfortable in the arenas of science and psycho-spirituality. I am an intuitive listener who gives you space to feel heard. I can also help you recognize your blind spots. My Life Coach training was completed at the Centre for Applied Neuroscience in Toronto, Canada. I also have a BA in English and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

I believe anyone at any time in any circumstance can change and that it's more a process of releasing than doing. Positive change is really just about learning who you are and then bravely being that person.
