My coaching is underpinned by the ICF Core Competencies. I have a Positive Psychology approach and integrate a Brain-based methodology to foster transformational change through neuroplasticity.

My coaching prioritizes the person over the problem resulting in impactful and lasting results. Strategically guiding individuals toward achieving their goals, the effectiveness of my coaching can be measured by assessing the extent to which goals have been accomplished.

By establishing a coaching environment that is neuro-friendly and providing a safe space for clients to harness their innate talents and strengths, the growth achieved is truly transformative.

With over 25 years of expertise in sales, customer service, business-to-business sales, and import/export, I bring a structured and disciplined approach to my work. This enables me to collaborate with clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements, challenges, and needs. Together, we establish clear goals for continuous improvement, working systematically and measurable to achieve them.
