I'm a formally trained Leadership and Business coach training from an ICF approved and accredited institution and have well over 100+ hours of coaching men in leadership roles.

I developed the Led to Lead® program as a leadership and business coaching program with a faith-based approach. The program is designed for men in leadership roles such as high-level leaders, executives and entrepreneurs. We focus on helping men find clarity by defining their core values and discovering their purpose and mission. In addition to this, the Led to Lead® program helps empower leaders to discover and apply their God-given abilities for dramatic life change.
