About Me

I am a social worker by profession, which means that I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. I am married with two active kids that keep me busy. My family and I live in Jacksonville, FL and get to enjoy the Florida sun – and rain – year round.

My background in child welfare over the past 8 years has prepared me to be able to work with women from all backgrounds. I have helped families identify their strengths, develop realistic goals for change and cheered them on as these goals were completed.

My passion is helping women to believe in themselves again and overcome self-esteem and confidence issues. Through my guidance I have worked with many to navigate the brutal child welfare system and regain control of their lives.

Through my coaching work, my mission is to work with individuals and groups of women to inspire that change outside of the child welfare system.
