Since early I’ve been interested in questioning and understanding myself. Without realizing, I have been my own life coach reflecting on what I feel and using techniques to make better decisions. I decided to study chemical engineering because of my passion for the environment. I have lived in China and Denmark which brought new experiences, challenges and transition phases. Among these phases the most recent one was going back to my home country, portugal, in 2021. Going back to my roots, gave me more stability and the opportunity to focus on my dream to help people discovering what they really want and to bring the best of themselves.
