About Me
You are a good leader and you want to be even better. You may want to further develop your emotional intelligence, your presence or communication skills, be more effective as you lead yourself and your team to achieve greater success and satisfaction?
I coach leaders and teams who want to be the best they can be, who have ambitious goals and want to achieve them.
I know what it is like to go through change, to work in a complex system and organization and to want more in your life to be the best you can be.
Coaching was a natural progression for me after working in human resources in a senior leadership role in a large organization for many years. I became fascinated by the action-oriented nature of coaching. Focusing on strengths, understanding your values, being clear on how the way you are being is getting you the results you are seeing - all create the impact you have and the quality of your work and life. Through coaching you will gain insights and understanding that will result in making changes that you choose.
I am professionally trained by the Adler Institute of Toronto, am a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and a Certified Neuro Transformational Coach CNTC.
My clients say that I am warm and caring and that I bring a sense of humour to my work. You will get the support you deserve at the critical moments when you need it the most. As your thinking partner, I will be that person who reminds you of your abilities and helps you to find your way through the challenges.
I believe in walking the talk - therefore personal development and growth have always been a huge passion of mine. Life long learning is a core value.
To find out if I am the coach for you I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation. Why not give me a call today to get started?

Working with Carol has had an immeasurable effect on my work as a public sector leader. As we've worked together over the last year, Carol has challenged me with provocative questions and new ways of thinking, all of which has led me to define my own effective leadership style and bring out the very best of my own team. Carol is a consumate professional but also exceedingly approachable. My relationship with Carol has been a defining one in my career

"Connecting with Carol was one of the best things I did following my layoff. Carol is highly skilled as a career coach and passionate about the work that she does. At a time when I was confused and discouraged, Carol empowered me and provided me with the tools that I needed to explore and choose a new career path. I highly recommend Carol. "

Carol coached me for my articling interviews and I found her a very warm and knowledgeable coach. She helped me polish my answers to the typical set of interview questions and worked with me to prepare some ingenious - and honest! - answers to that dreaded “greatest weakness” question. She also taught me a number of excellent techniques for managing interview stress and improving body language. Carol's coaching absolutely made me a more confident and effective interviewer and I would not hesitate to recommend her."
