About Me

Coaching for me is about building self awareness, to empower others and evoke transformation. I am specialised holistic coaching in relationship and spirituality. I am certified as a professional life coach and freediving instructor, I love coaching people by helping them tap into their courage, to understand sensation and listen to what is the body telling them in the here and now.

I have been a meditation practitioner since 2010, and attended Vipassana meditation retreats. I use meditation, EFT and other healing techniques to help clients to understand how to balance between their mind, body and soul. As a global citizen, I have lived in many countries since I was 13 years old. I have lived in Vancouver, Dubai, Reunion Island, Thailand, and currently living in Hong Kong. By making bold decisions to change my life constantly and radically, I understand how fears can hold us back from living the life we desire. I learned about the difficulties in relocation and culture differences, but I also see the beauty and similarity across culture and traditions.

I love using Visualisation, vision boards and other structure to keep my clients in alignment with their life purpose, goals and dreams.
