About Me

Hi! I'm Carole and it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. I have a passion for helping leaders and teams redefine themselves through coaching and education. I use the Energy Leadership Index to enhance coaching conversations by identifying your leadership energy in everyday life and under stress. My style is authentic, empathetic, and sometimes a little goofy. I'm not afraid to have some fun with our humanity and all the things that go with it. I have a master's degree in counseling psychology and a master's in human resource management. I'm currently completing my certification in Leadership Coaching at International Professional Excellence Coaching. I have 25 years of leadership experience in university and corporate settings within the Clinical Research and Medical Device fields.
