About Me

You can have a successful career, earn a good salary and still feel anxious, disorganised or stuck when it comes to money. I understand this personally because I lived it.

I spent 19 years working in international finance, banking and structured finance, including senior roles at Shell and Santander. From the outside, I appeared financially successful, but I still experienced the pressure of living paycheck to paycheck and wondering why my income was not creating the freedom I expected.

That experience taught me that financial confidence is not simply about how much you earn. It comes from understanding your habits, facing your numbers without shame and having a practical system that works with your real life.

Today, I coach professional women who earn well but feel overwhelmed by debt, cash flow, spending decisions or the pressure to maintain a certain lifestyle. My approach combines practical money organisation with supportive life coaching. This means we work not only on budgets and financial goals, but also on the beliefs, behaviours and life circumstances that may be keeping you stuck.

Our work begins with clarity. Together, we look honestly and without judgement at where you are now, what is causing the most pressure and what you want your money to make possible. We then create realistic steps to organise your finances, reduce debt, improve cash flow, build savings and move towards greater freedom.

My coaching style is warm, direct and practical. I will never make you feel ashamed about your financial situation or give you a generic budget that ignores the way you actually live. My role is to help you understand what is happening, make confident decisions and create a plan you can follow.
