About Me

I have been in the coaching and teaching world for over 20 years now. I started out as a high school teacher for 10 years. After leaving teaching I became the Director of the Fellows Program, a part of the National Fellows initiative which seeks to help college graduates integrate their faith into their workplace. It's a 9 month program where recent college graduates live in community and work a full time job while serving in the church. I have also coached cheer for over 15 years. I have worked with all ages but mostly focus on private lessons with high school age girls. My time spent doing this is what has led me to come back to my true passion which is helping, encouraging and coaching teens and adding in some college age girls / 20 somethings. It is a phase of life that has more twists and turns than one can imagine and I am excited to jump back in, in a slightly different role as a life coach.
I am also looking forward to expanding my coaching to young moms with infants and little kids who are trying to figure out how to balance it all. I remember that time of life and know how we forget to put any emphasis on ourselves. I look forward to helping young moms grow as an individual, a mom and a wife.
I received my coaching certification as a health and life coach from HCI (Health Coach Institute).
