I possess a varied background in development, including business, charity, youth and leadership.
I have learnt that the coaching tools we utilize can be applied to any area of life, and offer us an opportunity to be more personally and socially aware.

My main areas of focus(but not limited to) Communication, Identity and Cross-Cultural Coaching.
I believe a strong sense of self not only helps us make better choices, but also gives us the courage to go for what we want with conviction and integrity.
