About Me

I love my job! I am passionate about being alongside my clients whilst they build their foundations and uncover & apply all their innate skills and talents to achieve their dreams. I really believe that we all have the resources we need within us, but sometimes life trips us up and for all sorts of reasons we can all find ourselves in an unresourceful state. Once there we might not be able to find our way out, or may just not trust ourselves to be right.

My goal is to give you a "safe space" to explore, question and "try on a new coat". I will help you understand your strengths and will help you to focus and accelerate your journey towards your goals. I will expect you to be open and honest and to aim to be courageous in taking on your challenges. I'll never impose my solutions on you - I don't believe that's a sustainable way to achieve success. And I will never make you wrong if your solution doesn't work first time - after all that's really just another thing you've learned. You can expect me to give you my undivided attention, to be available for email support and quick "booster" calls between sessions and to challenge you to dig deeper.

My favourite saying is "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning to dance in the rain". I have been on my own journey to realise that, and working with my own fabulous coach I came to really understand the strength and motivation for change that coaching can bring. I believe that happiness is a state of mind, an attitude reflecting ourselves rather than a goal dependent on loads of external factors.

I am an experienced coach and mentor, qualified NLP & Hypnosis practitioner, member of the ICF & I'm registered as a small business mentor with the IoEE so I can bring a broad range of skills and experience to our sessions.

I take care of my own learning through continuous coaching education. I value "giving back" and provide pro bono coaching at my local night shelter to disadvantaged Young People.
