About Me

My journey into coaching has been a path of following my heart. I started my career as a dancer performing and teaching. While that set me in a direction of passion I found myself intrigued by other art forms. Moving from one art form into another I found footwear design and product design. A career that I am still very much immersed in.

Yet in all of my years as a designer, I still felt the need to explore more based on a feeling that sat inside of me. Curiosity and time allowed me the space to explore on an intuitive and coaching level. I knew that there was the potential to make a difference in someone else's life built on connection and trust. I come to the table with a varied skill set bringing different points of view into a coaching conversation. I create an open and welcoming environment by allowing myself to be a conduit to the coached. I hold space for questions, concerns, discussions and exploration allowing for the individual to find a path that suits them and their highest potential.
