About Me

Many of the moms I work with are constantly giving to others — at work, at home, in their communities — while moving through life at a pace that feels overwhelming, exhausting, and unsustainable. Despite doing “all the right things,” they often feel unfulfilled and disconnected from themselves. There's a longing for more meaning, presence, freedom, fun, and purpose — but little space to even pause and figure out what that truly looks like.

My coaching approach is deeply grounded in emotional awareness, conscious choice-making, and lifestyle design. I help clients slow down, listen inward, and shift from reacting to life to actively creating it.

Together, we’ll embark on a journey filled with insightful “aha” moments that inspire living from a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment, creating homes and lives that truly reflect your values and nourish your family — while building practical tools to sustain that transformation every day.

My work draws from the iPEC coaching methodology, my academic studies in Psychology, and a deep curiosity nurtured through years of reading and exploring the inner workings of the human mind and heart. It’s also shaped by my lived experiences of working and raising children abroad and navigating life across cultures — an ongoing journey that has deepened my understanding of identity, resilience, and what it means to create a sense of home within yourself.
