About Me

I help leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs grow with clarity, intention, and impact, especially when navigating change or leading across cultures.
With 30 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Community Engagement across Retail, F&B, and Education, I’ve led multicultural teams, built brands, and helped organizations grow across sectors and geographies.

Originally from France, I’ve been based in Vietnam for the past 18 years and work comfortably in English or French, in-person or online. I thrive in diverse, international environments and bring a deep understanding of cultural nuance and cross-border collaboration.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as an ICF-certified Executive Coach (ACC) and Marketing Consultant. I support leaders, teams, and business owners through coaching, strategy, or a practical blend of both. My approach is grounded in real-world experience, meaningful conversations, and a strong belief in each client’s potential to grow and lead with purpose.

As an official Wiley partner certified in Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, I also help teams build trust, improve collaboration, and strengthen performance through tailored team development programs.
