About Me
I work with successful professionals whose outer life looks fine and whose inner life is quietly exhausted.
Many of my clients are leaders, founders, doctors, or high performers who have spent years being capable, reliable and driven. The problem is not usually a lack of drive or discipline. It is that they are carrying unresolved pressure across work, relationships and identity, and the cracks eventually start to show.
My coaching is direct, warm and grounded in real life. I bring board-level HR experience, entrepreneurial insight from building businesses in West Africa, and a coaching approach that challenges the stories keeping people stuck. We look at what is happening beneath the symptoms, then translate that into practical decisions, boundaries and momentum.
People come to me when they are ready to stop performing and start being honest about what needs to change.
