I attended The School Of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology in 2021 to attain my coaching certification for Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching.
After leaving a 20 year marriage full of addiction, codependency, infidelity, abuse and trauma I found life coaching for healing and repair. Now I work with others as a coach and peer support to guide them through crisis and achieve the life they have always wanted away from trauma and dysfunction.
