About Me

I help capable professionals who look successful from the outside but feel unsettled, plateaued, or quietly ready for a more honest next chapter. Many of my clients have built something real. They are capable, responsible, and respected. From the outside, things may look fine. But inside, they may be asking, "Is this still right for me?" or "What do I actually want next?"

My work is for people who are not starting from scratch, but who sense they have outgrown an old version of success. That may show up as a career plateau, a transition, a leadership challenge, a loss of direction, or a persistent feeling that something no longer fits.

My background is in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which is the study of how people, work, motivation, strengths, and organizations fit together. I bring that practical lens into coaching, along with more than 20 years of experience helping professionals, leaders, and teams better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity.

Coaching with me is structured, direct, and reflective. We will look at your current situation honestly, clarify what is really going on, identify the patterns and assumptions keeping you stuck, and define practical next steps. This is not about pushing you toward someone else's definition of success. It is about helping you hear your own clearer answer and act on it.
