About Me
Twice over the course of my adult life, I have walked away from high-paying, comfortable corporate jobs. First, I built a career at a Fortune 500 company for 13 years. I was promoted several times, finally landing a Director role. On paper, everything looked right. But I was miserable, unfulfilled, and bored.
I was married with two young kids, and I let my unhappiness take a toll on those relationships. I came home drained, often impatient with my children and distant from my wife. Eventually the cost to me and to my family was simply too much, so I made the decision to walk away from the money and the security. I took a brand-new role at a much smaller company, making much less.
In that new role, I got to try new things, work with autonomy, and sharpen my skills. But it was too late for my marriage. We eventually divorced, one of the hardest costs of having stayed misaligned for so long. But my relationship with my kids, especially my patience with them, grew stronger than it had ever been.
After 9 more years, even though I was more satisfied, more fulfilled, and making good money again, it still did not feel right. I began to realize that "not miserable" is not the same as "aligned" or "fulfilled." The work I really needed to do was not another job change. It was inward.
So I dug deep. I worked hard on my own growth, on understanding myself better, and on deepening my connection to what mattered most to me. That work is what eventually allowed me to move on again, this time to become a full-time coach, so I could help others on the same kind of journey.
Those experiences are what I bring to my coaching. Everything I learned the hard way now informs my practice. These experiences also rest on a real foundation: My graduate degree in I/O Psychology grounds the work I do with clients, and my focus on whole-person, contemplative exploration shapes how I do it. My goal is simple: To help you see what is no longer working, and make the change you are ready for.

My year long coaching journey with Chad was an incredibly rewarding experience. His ability to listen and provide unique perspectives are just some of his many skills he brought to our sessions. Chad saw me through my first year in an extremely challenging role. I truly feel having his support and mentorship helped me grow into my position successfully.
