About Me

I coach driven, capable people who are stuck between who they are and who they know they can be. They're not lost; they're frustrated. They have goals, they have self-awareness, and something keeps getting in the way: old habits, competing priorities, or fear of what the next version of themselves actually requires.

My approach is grounded in a Master's in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from San Diego State University and 20+ years working in professional development and organizational consulting. I/O Psychology is the study of how people think, behave, and perform at work, and it gives me a different lens than most coaches bring. I'm not operating on intuition alone. I'm trained to understand motivation, habit formation, performance gaps, and the systems that either support or sabotage growth.

What that means for you: I'll help you understand not just what to change, but why you haven't yet, and build the structure to make it stick.

My clients tend to be professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs navigating real inflection points: taking on more leadership responsibility, breaking out of reactive patterns, or simply closing the gap between where they are and what they're capable of. What they share is ambition and the honesty to admit they're not fully living up to it yet.

I work virtually with clients nationwide. Sessions are focused, practical, and built around your specific goals, not a generic curriculum.
