About Me

My journey to becoming a business coach started in 2011 when I finally left a 10-year-long career in corporate America, where I worked in the Supply Chain and Sales, working my way up the corporate ladder. After a decade, I hung up my suits to smell the fresh air as the start of my entrepreneurial journey as a small business owner.

In 2010, I founded an event and party rental business in Cincinnati, Ohio, where we doubled our revenue over the next five years. Since then, I have built upon what I learned in my corporate role and applied it to my small business, successfully growing our company. Throughout my 14-year entrepreneurial journey, I have experienced many changes, from launching my company and leading our team through mergers, acquisitions, COVID, and now absentee ownership. This has enabled me to focus on what I enjoy: helping others grow.
