About Me

I help globally mobile professionals and leaders perform better — in new roles, new cultures, and new chapters of their careers.

My day-to-day work is performance coaching. I used to design and run coaching programs for leaders across the Middle East and Africa with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), match executives with coaches, and use 360-degree assessments to help people see clearly what's working and what isn't in how they lead. I like evidence, not just intuition. Today, I am building and delivering my own coaching programs to help individuals with their performance.

Before coaching, I spent years training sales and retail teams for luxury brands (TAG Heuer, Piaget) across the Middle East and China. That work taught me how performance actually changes: not just through motivational talk, but through specific, repeatable habits and honest feedback. Consistency and habit building is key, accountability is the lock. Once we work on you taking ownership for your world, your performance will shoot up.

I am fluent in English, French, Arabic, and intermediate Mandarin, and I've lived and worked across multiple countries. Many of my clients are dealing with a version of what I've dealt with myself: performing at a high level while operating across cultures, or rebuilding footing after a major transition: a new role, a new country, a career pivot, a shift in identity.

My approach is direct and practical. I use tools and structured feedback to get a clear read on where you stand, then build a plan around specific, measurable changes rather than vague aspirations. My goal in every engagement is to make myself unnecessary as fast as possible: you should leave with tools and habits you can run without me, not a standing appointment you feel you need to keep.
