About Me

I am a business leader turned Certified Leadership Coach with nearly 2 decades of corporate experience across US and India. I am a General Management professional who has worked across MNCs (PayPal, Microsoft, Google), along with mid-sized firms & startups. My last role was to lead the commercial business for PayPal India.

I am passionate about developing "Next gen" leaders. I help high potential, ambitious mid career professionals, who are in new leadership roles to develop influence and executive presence, inspire and lead their teams to do the best work of their careers & navigate challenges head on.

I enable next-generation (especially women) leaders move from:
· Avoiding difficult conversations to speaking confidently
· Lacking executive presence to inspiring and commanding the room
· Hitting career roadblocks to reaching the next level

My coaching includes a holistic 360 assessment of the individual to uncover blind spots. Together, we co-create an action plan for their development across Mindset, Skillset & Business Performance.

I customize the plan for each leader, based on areas they need to focus on: Building confidence & eradicating self-doubt, Influencing senior execs, Developing Executive Presence & becoming a more strategic thinker (to name a few).

For me, everything starts with intention. Once we have clarified where the individual wants to be in the next 6-12 months, we build up the leadership action plan to get there successfully.
