About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Charissa Clark Howe. For over 20 years, I've served in non-profit and church leadership. I know firsthand how heavy the weight of an organization can be. A few years ago, I hit a wall with severe burnout. Around the same time, I received my own AuDHD diagnosis, which was a wake-up call that showed me I had been exhausting myself trying to fit into a traditional mold.

My professional background includes a Master of Divinity, a Master of Theology, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Missional Leadership. I am also completing my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification through the Holistic Coach Training Institute. This blend of formal education and lived experience uniquely equips me to bridge theological concepts with practical wisdom.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that you are a unique, whole person. I partner with driven leaders—especially clergy, non-profit directors, and neurodivergent professionals—to help them move from simply coping to healing and thriving. Rather than relying on superficial quick-fixes, I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. My goal is to help you make sustainable changes from the inside out.
