About Me

I know what it’s like to build success that looks great on paper but doesn’t feel that way inside. I spent years in tech in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, eventually leading global cybersecurity teams. On paper, I had everything: influence, recognition, an impressive career. But inside, something didn’t fit. I kept leaving parts of myself behind just to keep succeeding.

When my mom passed unexpectedly in 2020, it shook me awake. I realized real success isn’t about constant performance, it’s about being valued for who you are, not just what you do.

That’s the heart of my coaching. I work with professional women who are thriving in their careers but feel unseen or undervalued in love. Many struggle with over-giving, people-pleasing, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, or self-abandonment. Together, we uncover the hidden patterns keeping them stuck and build the confidence, connection, and relationship skills they’ve been longing for.

My approach blends depth psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and mindfulness. I’m a certified Emotional Intelligence instructor and a meditation teacher in the Zen tradition. Clients say they value my balance of compassion and candor: the truth they need to hear paired with practical, effective tools they can use right away.

I live in the Houston area with my husband and our German Shepherd, Mila. I’m an avid reader and love starting my day with a workout. It is often where my best ideas emerge.
