About Me

Hi, I'm Charlotte.

I am a systemic coach and licensed psychotherapist (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) – and I’ve only been able to do this since I allowed myself to fully realise my potential. I studied Sociology and Human Resource Management and now work as both a coach and an HR professional.

We all carry potential within us. Some people fully embrace it, others less so. And then there are those who sense that their life could be more fulfilling but don’t know how to tap into that potential – or simply don’t dare to.

There are many reasons why we don’t live up to our full potential: inner critics that harshly discourage us from taking certain steps, doubts and worries that hold us back, or negative beliefs that block us. Often, guilt and shame play a role. And it’s not always about making “big, sweeping changes” – sometimes it’s the small dissatisfactions that weigh us down in our daily lives. Repeated negative thought patterns drain our energy and, in the long run, can even make us ill.

That’s where I come in.

I help people, both professionally and personally, to recognise and unlock their potential. Together, we tackle inner blockages, dissolve negative beliefs, and uncover the treasures hidden within.
