About Me

Hi, I'm Chavisa Horemans, owner of The Mother Corp Trauma-Informed Coaching and Consulting.

I specialize in supporting women—often mothers—through major life transitions such as separation, divorce, coparenting, burnout, and chronic health challenges.

My confidential, personalized, and responsive one-on-one coaching provides effective emotional, logistical, and practical support.

I help clients move from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and isolated to experiencing relief, wellness, and the confidence to rebuild lives that thrive.

As a coach, I combine academic, professional, and lived expertise.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, and I am a Certified Divorce Coach (CDC, ICF). My specialization includes high-conflict divorce, gender-based violence, hidden abuse, financial abuse, and post-separation abuse. I am a member of the American Bar Association, recognized as a dispute resolution practitioner, and an International Coaching Federation Member.

My evidence-based, holistic practice integrates Somatic Coaching, Holistic Trauma Recovery (CTRC Certified), Jikiden Reiki (Certified) & Intutitive healing.

I work with women navigating complex transitions and the systems and institutions that often accompany them. Clients gain strategic insights into system navigation, resource identification, and effective problem-solving to make informed decisions.

For parents, I address all aspects of parenting and coparenting—prioritizing children’s best interests, understanding parenting agreements, and supporting children through conflict and trauma.

Safety and wellness are embedded in every session.
