Chelsea's coaching expertise and support was invaluable to me at a time in my career where, looking back, it's easy to see that I was floundering. She helped me hone in on who I wanted to be as a leader by identifying what was important to me (and coached me to the insights that my leadership qualities do not need to emulate anyone else's unless I want them to). She gave me the tools to stand my ground, including important tips on learning how to manage up and down. With her coaching, I grew my communication skills (and still put them many of the skills into use daily). We also focused a lot on emotional intelligence and her insights and thoughtful questions made a huge impact on my ability to self-regulate and check in with how I am doing. I would recommend coaching to anyone, and I don't know that you could get a much better coach than Chelsea!

I legitimately can't recommend Chelsea enough. She helped me navigate a very difficult personnel situation I inherited as a brand new manager when we didn't have HR. We'd just started working together and she was humane, thoughtful and made me feel confident going into some difficult conversations. That alone was worth the price for her services. Over approximately the next nine months, she listened and almost always helped me find the quality direction by asking questions rather than telling me what to do. I always, always looked forward to our talks and always felt reinvigorated afterward. The only reason we stopped working together is a result of corporate funding. I'd recommend her by name to anyone who could use some coaching.

Chelsea is an outstanding coach and person. Meeting weekly over the course of six months, we examined some critical topics such as delegation, time management (allocation of strategic & operational work), career development, and problem solving. As both a strategist and an operator, as well as being relatively new to managing a team, I found Chelsea's reflections and guidance instrumental in reshaping my day-to-day vision of execution, growth, and defining success. Additionally, Chelsea has a welcomed knack for presenting different perspectives (philosophical, psychological, etc.) of a situation, which to this day I still find helpful in how I prepare to solve new challenges. It was an absolute pleasuring working (and growing) with you Chelsea!

Chelsea was my coach for 2 years and helped me to get through several challenging work situations as well as guiding career discussions. She is a great listener and asked tough questions which made me think and come to the answers myself. Chelsea's background and experience in the software industry are helpful because she can quickly understand the context and guide one in the right direction. Most importantly, Chelsea is a caring and committed individual. After our coaching engagement ended, I had a tough career decision that I needed to talk through.
