About Me

My professional roots were laid in journalism and media consulting for over two decades. I decided to enter the coaching field three years ago when realizing that what really fulfills me is being the link between clients and their professional growth as well as consulting based on emotional intelligence. Our age demands a lot of corporate performance from us, which often leads to overreacted decisions solely made with the help of statistics, the pressure of financial commitments, personal expectations or heteronomous beliefs. Finding a balance between being, battling external claims, corporate development and the ongoing journey of self is where I support my clients.
I come from an afro-german, mixed cultural background and have lived in 5 different countries around the globe. Session are mainly held online via Skype or Zoom. I offer a free 20 minute meet&greet session and payments can be made through PayPal.
