I’m a coach who believes that leadership is an ongoing journey, not a destination. My approach centers on unlocking potential by fostering self-awareness, encouraging reflection, and building on strengths. With an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and over a decade of experience in leadership roles within telecommunications, finance, and technology, I understand the pressures leaders face in fast-paced environments. Having led teams through digital transformation, product innovation, and scaling businesses, I bring a practical, results-driven, and highly personalized approach to coaching.

I’m currently completing my executive leadership coaching certification, which will be finalized in early 2025. This ongoing training, combined with my professional background, shapes a coaching process that is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs.
