I’m Christopher Kolling, founder of TorquePath Coaching & Consulting. I help people and businesses move from stuck to unstoppable—unlocking clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth along the way.

My approach is rooted in real-world experience. Over nearly two decades in leadership and marketing, I’ve built teams from scratch, led marketing for high-growth startups, and helped businesses turn ideas into millions in revenue. Along the way, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about people.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, hold an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, and earned a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Teaching Career Strategies in Business at Maryland deepened my belief that growth starts with curiosity and self-awareness.
