I’m Christopher Kolling, founder of TorquePath Coaching & Consulting.

I solve complex people and performance challenges—helping leaders and organizations break through barriers, make better decisions, and achieve measurable growth.

My approach is grounded in real-world results. Over nearly two decades in leadership and marketing, I’ve built high-performing teams from the ground up, driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth for cybersecurity startups, and turned ideas into execution. I know firsthand that success isn’t just about having a plan—it’s about creating alignment between people, purpose, and performance.

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), hold an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, and earned a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Teaching Career Strategies in Business at Maryland reinforced my belief that clarity and self-awareness are catalysts for decisive action and sustainable progress.
