About Me

I’m a life/health/financial coach, content creator, day trader, meditator, musician and athlete from Chicago, IL.

When it comes to coaching, I bring a calm and relaxed energy to my coaching sessions regardless of what I'm coaching someone on. Often times, people are very stressed with what's going on in their life and my calming presence helps people slow down and think clearly. Depending on how I notice the client is feeling at the beginning of a session, we may do a short mediation to get focused and clear on what the client wants for the session.

I also guide clients by helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and take action whether they're dealing with life’s challenges, transforming their health, or reclaiming financial peace. I believe true fulfillment comes from aligning your mindset, habits, and goals and I’m here to help others build the lives they know they’re capable of living.

Finally, when it comes to coaching process and philosophy, I make sure to hold my clients accountable for the results that they want to achieve. As a coach, I get fulfillment out of seeing my clients grow in real time by making progress on the goals they made for themselves. This also means that I expect my clients to work towards making progress on their goals, so if you're looking for a coach to hold you accountable, I'm your guy!

I received my coaching education and graduated from the Born to Coach Training Academy which is a ICF Level 2 (PCC) accredited program.

My work experience includes 2 years working as an analyst at SpiderRock Advisors which is a financial derivatives company that trades options. The company was bought out by BlackRock in my last 4 months so I finished my corporate finance career there. For the past year, I have been self employed starting my own coaching business, day trading, and creating content on TikTok.

I graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in statistics.
