Hello. I am a coach who draws from my own journey through the analytical world of actuarial science and the dynamic ups and downs of entrepreneurship. For years, I thrived on crunching numbers, assessing risks, and building ventures from the ground up. Yet, like many in high stakes fields, I hit walls of burnout and self doubt that left me questioning my path. That is what led me to coaching. It transformed how I approach life, and now I help others do the same.
My philosophy is rooted in the Co Active model from the Coaches Training Institute, where I have completed Fundamentals, Fulfillment, and Balance courses. I believe coaching is not about quick fixes or expert advice. It is a collaborative exploration where you uncover your own truths. We focus on aligning your values with your actions to foster deep fulfillment, while shifting perspectives on overwhelm to create sustainable balance. This means honoring your analytical strengths.
