About Me

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach specializing in High-Performance and Leadership Coaching. With a robust background in Tech Sales Leadership, I have led diverse, high-performing teams across industry giants like Microsoft, Oracle, LinkedIn, and Gartner. Since 2016, I have managed a dynamic team of 10 professionals from various nationalities across six countries, consistently surpassing sales targets and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

My coaching philosophy integrates strategic planning, human motivation, and proven leadership principles. I am dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to overcome obstacles, enhance their skills, and achieve their highest personal and professional aspirations.
