About Me
At Kindred Keynotes and Coaching, we offer a transformative approach to life coaching. We guide individuals on a journey toward authenticity and self-discovery, focusing on unearthing a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment by embracing one's true self.

My journey toward authenticity began after fulfilling many of my life goals. I had successfully run for political office, built and scaled a profitable business, and advocated for meaningful racial equity changes. Despite these achievements, I felt constant stress and tension, and I had never considered self-care.
In 2018, after suffering an anxiety attack, I realized something had to change. This began a three-year journey of learning to live as my authentic self, obtaining and creating tools to navigate the complex realities of fighting for equity while participating in capitalism, and understanding the importance of self-care.
Becoming my authentic self led to significant changes: I sold my business to focus on coaching and speaking, got married, moved to a neighborhood that resonated with my values, and became more vocal about my community work. These changes were not easy and often met with pushback, but they were essential for my well-being.
