About Me

During my MBA, I was fascinated with how organisations in the 1980s had undergone major transformations. I developed a model that helped me to successfully Consult with and Coach Boards, Business Owners and Senior Executives to do the same, but without the failures that the unwary experience.

10 Years later, I realised how poorly understood managing change was and took steps to share what I knew. In 2009, I wrote RIMER …Managing Successful Change Professional Edition, in response to a lack of professional tools available to manage Change Programs. RIMER is based on proven and well-researched Business Management, Project Management, Change Management, sound ethical frameworks and healthy cognitive functioning.

Based on RIMER, in 2010, I developed the first Australian National Competency Standards in Organisational Change Management (OCM) in response to a lack of adequate standards, and

With RIMER as the textbook, in 2010, in response to a lack of education in OCM, I developed and taught Australia’s first Diploma of Organisational Change Management, a 2 year study program for business graduates and project managers.

My innovations established the foundation of an OCM Tertiary Education Career Path from entry to Masters level education and improved Global Project Management, Change Management and Human Resource Management Industry Standards, Competency Frameworks and Education.

Yes, I’ve been on quest to learn and share how to do the most difficult thing any of us can do – change. At a personal level, I have a PhD from the School of Hard Knocks, overcoming life changes that have humbled me. I have learned that I am not defined by my circumstances, money, looks or stuff but by the loving care with whom I share this one and only life, helping to carry the burden of others by being the best Coach I can be.
