I offer a variety of services which includes Stress and Time Management, Relaxation and Mindfulness Instruction as well as Meditation Instruction (not utilizing crystals or hocus-pocus techniques- truly reaching inwards to become mindful of our surroundings and making the best decisions possible).

I offer a variety of intimate small group in office workshops and seminars as well as at other venues as requested.
