About Me

I believe lasting change begins with self-love - not the fluffy kind, but the grounded knowing that you are enough and that your feelings matter. For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals and couples through the doubts, patterns, and old stories that leave us questioning our worth. What I’ve learned is that most of us don’t need fixing. We need to see ourselves with more compassion, understand what’s really driving our choices, and have practical tools to help us shift in the moments that matter most.
My coaching blends science with heart. I draw on neuroscience, psychology, and HeartMath® practices to help calm the nervous system and create healthier pathways in both head and heart. This means the work we do together isn’t just talk - it’s something you can feel in your body and notice in your everyday life.
My own path began with deep healing work, where I discovered that I am allowed to feel what I feel. That realization changed everything and deepened as I trained as a Whole Person Coach. I hold a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation and am a certified HeartMath® Coach. With nearly 10,000 hours of coaching experience, I’ve seen how compassionate, science-backed coaching can create lasting, meaningful change.
My philosophy is simple: you are not broken. The stories you’ve carried may have shaped you, yet they do not define you. Coaching is the space where you get to soften those stories, build self-love, and create relationships and a life that feel lighter, more connected, and more true to who you are.
