About Me

I have spent my career helping others grow and change their careers and lives. I am passionate about helping others as a coach and feel I have found my place in the world. I have 25 year career in recruitment, nonprofit fundraising, and currently coaching Master's levels students to find their way both in their careers and their lives.

I am a runner, fitness nerd, and I love talking about health and wellness. My undergraduate degree in Health and Fitness Management along with the IIN Health Coaching certification more recently created a more holistic view of coaching the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

I love the outdoors, hiking, biking, walking and going on epic travel adventures. My greatest joy is spending time with my kiddos and seeing them flourish and achieve all that they want to in their lives as they grow up.

I am committed to those I work with to help them learn about and develop their next steps in life which I believe starts with the whole person. If one part of your life is out of sorts, many of the other parts can feel that way as well. My style of coaching is to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

I have a Master's in Public Administration and I hold the ICF PCC certification for coaching and completed my coach training through CTI. As well I did complete the IIN Health Coaching certification and have done a number of trainings and certifications over the course of the past few years. I am definitely all in on continuous learning so I am always seeking new ideas and method to help my clients!
