I help you enter into a journey of self-discovery, examine your long-held beliefs, challenge the way you see yourself and your world and take action to move yourself to your desired goals and outcomes. I believe what you explore and shift on the inside impacts every aspect of your life, from the way you perceive yourself to your daily interactions and will have a ripple effect on your whole life, your relationships, your colleagues and the world.
I work with people from a wide set of backgrounds, from fledgling artists to 30-year corporate career veterans, entrepreneurs to healers. What they have in common is the inner knowing they can do or be more, belief in possibility and willingness to apply themselves. They come to coaching because a very deep urge inside is asking for transformation. They seek an integrated experience between career, creativity and identity where there is personal power, ease and success.
I have studied healing, nature, nutrition, art, spirituality and metaphysics and transitioned into coaching after running my family business and formally training and practicing as a psychotherapist. I draw from a wide breadth of experience to be practical and realistic and I see the limitless potential of my clients. I coach from an integrative perspective, which invites exploration of body, mind, emotions, and spiritual or philosophical aspects of self to attain broader and often hidden perspectives. My light-hearted coaching style supports client-centered insight and client-led direction through use of mindfulness, creative imagination and developing access to inner wisdom.
I am a certified professional coach with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. My on-going interests include healing modalities, nutrition, meditation, travel, and playing piano and guitar and singing, personal finance and making beautiful things with needle and thread.

Coaching is such a surprising process! The magic for me is that I entered feeling stuck in one area in my life, but with Christine’s guidance and very little sense of effort on my end, I came out of the experience unstuck.Pia A., Charlottesville, VA
Christine is a wonderful coach who helped me move to action on my business. She worked with me for three months assisting me in gaining clarity on how I wanted to roll out my business to the world. I was able to work through the things that was holding me back and preventing me from taking action. I have launched my business and have confidence that I will be able to make an impact.Lisa A., HR Consultant, Coach and Speaker, Maryland
“Christine provided a consistent presence and multiple approaches for facilitating self reflection. I didn’t feel coached as much as I felt supported and heard as I explored my perceptions of what stops me from moving forward with my goals”Brynne P., CEO, Charlottesville VA
"In the months prior to working with Christine. I had left a long, painful relationship, moved to a new city, and started a new career - the trifecta of life changes! I was excited by new possibilities, but I was also terrified. I felt like I carried so much stress and emotional baggage from the person I had been, I didn’t feel like I had the confidence to start again. Christine helped me to transform myself. She gave me a safe, nurturing space in which to confront and reconcile fears and self-doubts that had affected me for years. Guided by her powerful coaching, I became deeply aware of what I value most in life and of how I wanted to keep growing as a person. Now, everyday I wake up feeling confident, excited, and full of purpose. I can’t thank Christine enough for what she’s done for me!"David B., Pittsburgh PA
"Christine's ability to be emotionally present, logical, and deeply insightful combine to make her an amazing professional coach. She looked at the issue I was working through in a holistic way, examining it both rationally/factually and emotionally, allowing both realms to exist simultaneously (as they do in real life). I found my session with her incredibly helpful and walked away with a much clearer understanding of how the different facets of my personality were affecting the decision I was trying to make."Luna A., Brooklyn NY
