About Me

Hello there. My name is Chris and I live in Austin TX. I originally started doing life coaching 8 years ago when I started cuddle therapy.

Back then I'd often hear my clients speak on their daily struggles or past mishaps that may have led to their depression. Internally, this broke my heart because I wanted my clients to be happy to follow their passions and realize that life is a complex stream of ups and downs that you don't have to face alone. Needless to say, I took the notion of being the change I wished to see in this world. Instead of just listening to other client's grievances I got to walk side by side with the group or individual to help them reach success.

My background in coaching consists of Spiritual Coaching, Domestic Life Coaching and Relationship Coaching. I accept all, creeds , religions, nationalities, orientations, genders, races and ethnicities. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
