I bring over 10 years of experience in professional counseling. Along the way, I have completed more than 50 hours of graduate-level work in counseling and leadership. I also have experience as a manager, giving me a real-world perspective on stress, decision making, and relationships.

Today, I specialize in life coaching that combines my background in counseling with tools from coaching, goal setting, and personal development. My process uses open-ended questions, motivational interviewing, and practical strategies that allow clients to uncover their own motivation and take consistent steps forward.

In addition to coaching individuals and couples, I also consult with Christian businesses and churches. I have developed skills in SEO and inbound marketing, which allows me to support leaders and organizations in growing their impact online.
