About Me

I am a Life Coach and a personal care assistant with over 5 years of experience working with high profile clients in their homes helping them meet both their healthcare and life goals. My experiences working with both developmentally disabled as well as geriatric patients have made me a well rounded personal care assistant who is able to work with a diverse client population. I also have an extensive background in the culinary arts industry and I specialize in Sea Food and Italian cuisine. I am also available to assist in meal planning and preparation for clients interested in this service as well.
