About Me

I believe we all have an inner voice — the one that knows what we need, even when life feels chaotic or unclear. But for many of us, that voice gets buried under anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or the pressure to be someone we’re not.

My coaching is rooted in compassion, calm, and deep listening. I combine mindset and transformational coaching with neuroscience-based tools and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to help you gently rewire limiting patterns, access more clarity, and build emotional safety from within.

I’m trained in coaching practices aligned with ICF core competencies, and I integrate what I’ve learned from neuroscience, emotional regulation, and subconscious reprogramming — not just from theory, but from personal experience and deep inner work.

I work best with thoughtful, sensitive people who feel stuck in their mind or disconnected from themselves — those navigating anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, or simply a season of not knowing who they are anymore. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to reconnect with yourself.

This is a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming space — where all parts of you are welcome. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported, exactly as you are.
