I am passionate about helping others overcome the challenges keeping them stuck – struggling with fear & self-doubt, procrastination, or perfectionism. I enjoy working with others to help them develop the courage, through self-love and small changes that will build confidence to take those first steps that will lead them to create a life they love!
I have worked with young professionals, new mom’s, those in career transitions and others who find themselves in need of a change to “pump-up” their life and create meaningful, joyful days.
I am greatly fulfilled in this work and it brings me joy to be part of someone’s life journey – to watch these transformations is truly an honor.

I am in my late 40s and didnt really that I could find a little peace or even happiness. Way to much disappointment and heartache for a lifetime. I was losing hope and getting ready to give up my dreams and was preparing to face the reality of life and this was as far as I was going to go. I thought I had already tried everything and a coach could be a waste of time and money with all the available self-help books, audios, videos and everything else I had already tried. But, this was something I hadnt tried. Maybe I just needed an unbiased tough coach who could really help me. You already know what your friend will tell and it is only what you want to hear. First, Cindy is a great listener. She asks questions. She doesn't assume to know ahead of time where it is going or how it personally relates to her own experience or needs. Where your time is eaten up by her experiences. Secondly, she really knows where I am coming from even when I have a hard time understanding or expressing it myself. She speaks to me without judgment, is supportive and offers real suggestions. Honestly better than a therapist and she probably has more credentials and my guess life experience. She is well rounded and her support has helped me on many different personal issues: work issues, health, family, happiness. I didnt give up and have somehow taken the chances I needed to have a happier and healthier life. We all look for our true calling and we hope our life experiences take us some where we can express our true purpose and enjoy life. That all we have gone through was worth it. We have a lot of challenges and some of them can be better handled with new tools, new boundaries, new ways of understanding ourselves and others. To not only have compassion for ourselves but others. Honestly, I dont think I am giving her enough credit. She has helped me start to realize my own road to happiness and it's not conventional choice I made. But it's a life worth living, where I won't be in the end of my life full of regrets. I think this is Cindys calling and she has helped me to get in my own roads calling.
At the time of my life when I first started working with Cindy, I knew I wanted to make some drastic changes in my lifestyle. I just moved, I was exploring a career, and I was re-evaluating my everyday habits. Also, I was going through a breakup. Enter Cindy! We would chat and have coffee once or twice a week in the mornings. She offered a pragmatic and compassionate guidance that was easy to try out. Cindy approaches a problem not with a magnifying glass as to emphasize it, but with a gentle, practical curiosity and can-do attitude. She is well read and as it turns out has much world experience. I was inspired to become a more emotionally mature, put together version of myself. I love how Cindy would confirm our meetings before hand and would be great at communication. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking to challenge their everyday habits or seeking to incorporate adventure into their lives, big or small.
