For professionals in career transition, I help clarify strengths, explore opportunities, and design a growth plan aligned with your values and aspirations.

I bring 25+ years of corporate experience in the Energy sector in Africa, including 10 years in executive leadership roles, spanning investor relations, business development, and change management. I also coach leaders and teams across Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, supporting organizations through complex change initiatives.

My coaching toolkit includes DISC Personality Assessment, 360 Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Assessment, and the Firework Career Coaching framework, combined with my academic background—a BA in Economics and MSc in Finance & Financial Law—to help clients balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
