I bring 25+ years of corporate experience in the African energy sector, including 10 years in executive leadership across investor relations, business development, and change management. I’ve coached leaders and teams across Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, supporting organizations through complex transitions and helping individuals grow into confident, influential leaders.

My coaching toolkit includes DISC Personality Assessment, 360° Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Assessments, and the Firework Career Coaching framework. With a BA in Economics and MSc in Finance & Financial Law, I help clients balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
