About Me

I have been a professional internal coach for 7 years in companies such as Facebook, Paypal and Quantcast. My passion is in helping people and leaders to connect to their core motivations, follow their passions and achieve their dreams.

I have been working in the Coaching/Learning and Development space in the Advertising and Tech industry for over 11 years in total, I have a BA in Business and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin and an MSC in Advertising from DIT. I have coaching qualifications from the both the Nuero-leadership Institute and Integrative Enneagram Solutions.

My methods are customised for each client, but typically we start by using the Enneagram as a tool to help clients understand their own core motivation, emotional intelligence, strengths, blind spots. From there, we will use the principles of Neuroleadership to define clear goals, and a structured path to achieving these goals.
