About Me

I am 50+ and I started coaching as a young mother, before I even knew of what I was doing was called coaching. I am a Certified Coach ECA & Points of You since 2010.

Throughout my life I accumulate all kinds of different coaching experiences from around the world and adapted it, in order to create my authentic coaching package "A date with yourself". I am a Practitioner in: Points of You, Mindfulness, Ho'oponopno, Reiki 2.

There are so many reasons for a new beginning or a change in direction. No matter what, it requires courage, a positive attitude and sometimes someone that guides you through the journey with a positiv, inspiring and solution focused approach for situations like:
- Expat Spouses who moved to a new country?
- Kids have moved out and it’s time for you to open a new chapter?
- You just had a separation/divorce and you need clarity to move on?

- If we feel comfortable with each other, we can get started!!
- I offer you a tailor made Coaching Package with different coaching tools.
- We create a schedule and meet in person or online.

Process:
- Check-in: Where are you now - where would you like to go.
- Online support and homework during the process
- Working with the tailor made Coaching Package
- Check-out with a Road/Vision map or action plan, depending on your challenge.
